Inspecting and Adjusting Driving V-Belt

NOTE
* Perform maintenance without changing V-belt tension. Adjust V-belt tension only after it
slips.
Engine pulley
Driving V-belt
HST pulley
Spring
Adjustment nut

Adjusting Brake Pedal

* Immediately adjust brake pedal play when it becomes large to prevent
accidents.

Maintenance
Adjustment nut
Inspecting V-belt
Visually check each V-belt for damage. Replace
any damaged V-belt.
Adjusting V-belt
Adjust the adjusting nut to make the spring length
92 mm.
Adjusting Brake Pedal
Turn adjusting nut to make play 10 to 15 mm at
the pedal back when depressing the brake pedal
slightly.
