The Cisco SPA 300 Series and Cisco SPA 50XG can be used as part of a Cisco

call control features.

Log in to the configuration utility.
Click Admin Login and advanced.
Click the System tab.
Under System Configuration, in the Signaling Protocol field, choose SCCP.
(Optional) To configure the phone to automatically detect the protocol being used
on the network to which it is connected, in the SPCP Auto-detect field, choose
yes.
Click Submit All Changes.
For the Cisco SPA 301 and Cisco SPA501G, can be configured using the IVR. See
the
"Using IVR on the Cisco SPA 301 and Cisco SPA 501G IP Phone" section on
page
19.
NAT is a function that allows multiple devices to share the same public, routable, IP
address to establish connections over the Internet. NAT is present in many
broadband access devices to translate public and private IP addresses. To enable
VoIP to co-exist with NAT, some form of NAT traversal is required.
