ELECTRIC STARTER BUTTON "" 3
This button is used for operating the starter
motor. With the ignition switch in the "ON"
position, the engine stop switch in "" and
the transmission in neutral, push the electric
starter button to operate the starter motor
and start the engine.
NOTE: This motorcycle is equipped with
interlock switches for the ignition circuit and
the starter circuit. The engine can only be
started if:
• The transmission is in neutral and the
clutch is disengaged, or
• The transmission is in gear, the side
stand is fully up and the clutch is disen-
gaged.
NOTE: The headlight will go off when the
electric starter button is pushed.
