The lower the priority value, the higher the priority.
The input priority is used to resolve conflicts when two or more inputs try to broadcast to the same output. In
this case the input with the highest priority will be able to broadcast, and the others will not.
Priority is assignable to each input per output. This is so that different inputs may have different priorities
according to which zone they are serving. For example a particular microphone may have a high priority only
in its local zone, and a lower priority when broadcasting elsewhere.
A lower priority DVA may be overridden during broadcast if a higher priority input starts to access the zone.
In this case, the lower priority DVA will however be able to continue broadcasting to any remaining zones.
If a DVA is overridden the action is different to if Mic/Line input sources are overrriden. The DVA is silenced
immediately in the zone(s) in which it is overridden, and then when the override is removed it is re-instated
immediately, i.e. does not wait until the beginning of the cycle. This operation is used for DVAs because in
many cases DVAs are used for repeating emergency announcements.
To Allocate Priority to a DVA Input:
7. Select the DVA input, and then allocate the priority independently to each of the Router outputs as
required.

Microphones, and music sources, have low priorities. This is to ensure that these
emergency inputs can override normal inputs.
