Troubleshooting instructions (Combi Gas Heater)

Code
#17 Summer mode with empty water
container
Warm air outlet blocked
Circulated air intake blocked
#18 Gas pressure regulator frozen
Too much butane in the gas cylinder
#21 Room temperature sensor or cable
faulty
#24 Potential
voltage too low <10.4v
#29 Heating element for Frost Control has
a short circuit:
#41 Electronics are blocked:
#43 Over-voltage: 16.4V
#44 Under-voltage battery voltage too low Charge battery. Replace any old batteries
#45 No 230v operating Voltage
Faulty 230v Fuse
Overheating protection has triggered
#112 Gas cylinder or quick-acting valve in
the gas line is closed
#212 Combustion air intake or exhaust
outlet is closed
#255 No panel connedtion between the
heater and the Control panel
Control panel cable faulty
under-voltage battery
Remedy
Switch off device and allow to cool. Fill boiler
with water
Check each of the outlet openings
Remove the blockage from the circulated air
intake
Use the regulator heating
Use propane (butane is unsuitable for heating
especially at temperatures below 10°C.)

Charge the leisure battery
Disconnect the heating element plug on
the electronic control unit. Replace heating
element.

Check the battery voltage and voltage sources
e.g. charger
Reconnect the operating voltage 230v
Replace 230v fuse
Reset the overheating protection. Allow the
heating to cool down, remove the connection
cover and press the reset button
Check the gas supply and open the valves
Check the openings for soiling (snow, leaves,
ice etc) and remove
