Printing or Deleting Stored Faxes

Press the Services Home button, then touch Fax.

Touch the Fax Options tab, then touch Local Polling.

For Store for Local Polling, touch an option.
Print All Stored Documents: This option prints all fax documents stored in the printer.
Delete All Stored Documents: This option deletes all fax documents stored in the printer. To
confirm the action, touch Delete All.

Polling a Remote Fax

If remote polling is turned on, you can retrieve documents that were stored using local polling on
another fax machine.
Note:
If Local Polling is turned on, Remote Polling is not available. To turn off Local Polling, touch
Local Polling>Off>Save.
To poll a remote fax:
Press the Services Home button, then touch Fax.

Touch the Fax Options tab, then touch Remote Polling.

For Poll, touch Remote Fax.

Select one or more options.
Enter Number: You can use this option to enter a fax number manually. To enter the number,
use the alphanumeric keyboard, then touch + to add the number.
Dialing Characters allows you to insert characters such as a dial pause in a fax number. Use
the touch screen keypad to enter the numerals and characters, then touch Add. Add more
numbers, or touch Close.

To set a later time for your printer to retrieve faxes from other fax machines:
Touch Delay Poll.
To set the time, touch Delay Poll.
Touch the Hour field, then touch the arrows to set a number.
Touch the Minute field, then touch the arrows to set a number.
If your printer is set to display the 12-hour clock, touch AM or PM.
Touch OK.
To retrieve and print the faxes, touch Poll Now.
6.
To cancel the operation, touch Close.
