PHONE KEY
Push to connect or dsconnect the telephone network con-
necton.
D For IDAS operation only
DIGITAL BUTTON KEY
➥ Push to enter the applcaton selecton mode.
➥ Push and hold for 1 sec. to toggle the call type between
Indvdual and Talkgroup, then enter the applcaton selec-
ton mode automatcally.
• Select the desred applcaton from "VOICE," "CALALERT,"
"STUN," "KILL," "REVIVE," "REM MON," "RADIOCHK,"
"STATUS," "MSG," "STAT POL" and "CALL LOG" usng
[CH Up] or [CH Down].
➥ Durng the applcaton selecton mode, push to enter the
Indvdual or Talkgroup ID selecton mode.
• If "STATUS" or "MSG" s selected as the applcaton, the message
selecton mode appears. After the desred message s selected
usng [CH Up] or [CH Down], push agan to enter the Indvdual
or Talkgroup ID selecton mode. (pp. 37, 38)
➥ Durng the applcaton selecton mode, push and hold for 1
sec. to return to the normal operaton condton.
STATUS UP/DOWN KEYS
➥ When a receved SDM s dsplayed, push to cancel the
automatc scroll and scroll the message manually.
➥ When an SDM that contans more than 12 characters s
dsplayed, push to scroll the message manually.
10-KEY ENTER KEY
Push to enable the connected mcrophone's 10-keypad opera-
ton for the memory channel selecton, status message num-
ber selecton, etc. (Dependng on the pre-settng. Ask your
dealer for detals.)
