D Talk back function
The talk back functon allows you to select the same call
mode (Analog or Dgtal) and/or call type (Indvdual or Talk-
group) for the receved call.
When the talk back tmer s set to 0 second, ths functon s
not actvated. Ask your dealer for detals.
If ths functon s cancelled by pushng [Digital Button] or
any key on a 10-key keypad, or after the talk back tmer pe-
rod has passed, the transcever automatcally returns to the
default call mode and type.
If the receved call s a dgtal sgnal, the talk back functon s
actvated only for Voce Call, Call Alert, Status Message and
Message.*
* Dependng on the pre-settng, the talk back functon s actvated
only for Voce Call.
When the channel type is "Mixed-Analog"
After recevng a dgtal sgnal, you can select the dgtal call
mode by pushng [PTT] before or durng the talk back tmer
perod.
When the channel type is "Mixed-Digital"
After recevng an analog sgnal that can release the mute,
you can select the analog call mode by pushng [PTT] before
or durng the talk back tmer perod.
When the channel type is "Mixed-Digital" or "Digital"
After recevng a dgtal sgnal, you can select the same call
type for the receved call (ndvdual or Talkgroup), by pushng
[PTT] before or durng the talk back tmer perod.

NOTE:
When ths functon s not actvated, the transcever trans-
mts an analog sgnal on the "Mxed-Analog" channel, and
transmts a dgtal sgnal on the "Mxed-Dgtal" channel.
• The transcever receves both analog and dgtal sgnals on the
"Mxed-Analog" and "Mxed-Dgtal" channels, regardless of ths
functon.

s 2.9 or later. Ask your dealer for detals.
