IDAS OPERATION
D Transmitting a Call Alert
Call Alert allows you to notfy another user who may be away
from the transcever that you want to talk.
q Push [Digital Button] to enter the applcaton selecton
mode.
• "VOICE" appears.
• To change the call type, push and hold [Digital Button] for 1 sec.
durng stand-by operaton. After changng, the transcever enters
the applcaton selecton mode automatcally.
w Push [CH Up] or [CH Down] to select "CALALERT."
e Push [Digital Button] agan to enter the Indvdual or Talk-
group ID selecton mode.
• The pre-programmed ID name s dsplayed.
• When ID name s not programmed, ID code s dsplayed.
• The prmarly ID can be pre-set to dsplay frst.
Ths functon s usable n transcevers whose revson number s
2.9 or later. Ask your dealer for detals.
r Push [CH Up] or [CH Down] to select the desred ID name
(or ID code).
• Dependng on the pre-settng, you can nput the ID drectly. (The
optonal HM-152T s requred.) See p. 41 for detals.
