When a sheet is jammed somewhere between the input tray and output deposit, a media path
related alert is generated. When the media path is jammed, the 'Critical Alerts' flag is set and the
mediapath is "Unavailable because Broken" (value 19).
In all other situations the mediapath is "Available and Idle" (value 0).
