Cause
The paper used is not suitable.
The paper has curled corners.
The paper has moisture.
The drum/toner cartridge is not
correctly set.
The seal is not completely pulled
out.
The drum/toner cartridge is
defective or damaged.
Toner in the drum/toner cartridge
has been used up.
The guide clips of the paper tray
are not set in the correct positions.
Treatment
Replace with suitable paper.
