Cause:
Identical IC cards (font card) cannot be loaded.
Treatment: Switch off the power and remove one of the IC
card (font card).

The ROM module is not set correctly and
needs to be checked.
Treatment: Switch off the power, check the position of the
ROM module and switch on the power again.
If the message appears again, switch off the
power, unplug the power cord and contact the
Xerox Customer Support Centre.

The optional RAM module is not set in the
order of size (from bigger to smaller), or not set
correctly.

contact the Xerox Customer Support Centre.
Cause:
Insufficient memory.
Treatment: Switch off the power, then contact the Xerox
Customer Support Centre to add in the optional
RAM module or the internal hard disk to
increase the capacity of the memory.
Cause:
All the paper trays are out of order.
Treatment: Switch off and then on the power. If the
message appears again, switch off the power,
unplug the power cord and contact the Xerox
Customer Support Centre.
