Types and Paper Sizes

This section explains the types of Print Utility and the necessary paper sizes for printing
them.
Types
Besides printing data sent from the host device, the printer is also equipped with several
printer functions. These are known as Print Utility.
The Print Utility of this machine are as follows:
• PCL6 Settings
• Printer Settings
• Error History
• Print History
• Job Template Server Settings
• PCL6 Font List
• PS Font List
The Print Utility is printed by a resolution of 400 dpi.
Paper sizes
To print the Print Utility, the following paper sizes must be set in the paper tray:
• A3
• B4
• A4
When multiple paper sizes are used in multiple paper trays, the paper will be selected
in the order of A4, B4 and then A3.
When all the paper trays are not loaded with any usable paper sizes, a message
indicating the correct size to use will be shown in the display and printing will commence
once the paper tray is loaded.
