"7.3 When the Print Quality is Poor" to carry out the appropriate treatment.

When Problems Occur

This printer uses precision parts and high voltage.
Never open any panels or covers that are secured with screws unless specifically instructed in
this user guide. There is a danger of electric shock as there are internal parts of high
voltage. If you have to carrry out any disassembling operation of panels and covers, make sure
you follow the instructions in the relevant user guides.
Never try to alter the printer configuration or modify any parts as it may cause fire or smoke.
Cause
Are the printer breaker switch
and power switch turned on?
Is the power cord securely
connected?
Is the power voltage suitable?
Treatment
Turn on the printer breaker switch
and power switch.
Turn off the power switch and
check that the power cord is
plugged in properly.
Then turn on the power switch.
Check that the power source is
110 V or 220 V (volt), 15 A
(ampere).
Check that the power capacity
matches the printer highest
consumption power (1500 W).
