Call forwarding
You can immediately forward internal or external calls to
different internal or external telephones (destinations).
(An external destination requires special configuration
in the system.)
Select your preferred method:
"Call forwarding key"
"Activating call forwarding via the Program/Service
menu"
You can program additional call forwarding instructions
via the Program/Service menu, "Using system forward-
ing instructions"
When call forwarding is active, a special dial tone
sounds when you lift the handset.
If DID DTMF is active (contact your service per-
sonnel), you can also forward calls to this desti-
nation.
The call forwarding key
are a call forwarding destination.

Active call forwarding indication

An active call forwarding instruction is indicated on the
display when your phone is idle
r
The LED lights up.
The call forwarding icon, the station number and, where
applicable, the name of the forwarding destination are
displayed on the first line below the status bar.
The name of the party is used if stored in the phone-
book.

calls, the number is preceded by the abbreviation "INT"
or "EXT".
