Removal of the Electronics Drawer

1. Remove the Top Cover and Rear Panel Assembly from the ProPalette.
2. Disconnect the following connectors from the PC boards (Figure 5-17):
Digital PC Board:
J12-LCD Interface
Cable
J13 -Camera Cable
J5 -Stepper Motor Cable
J6 -Wheel Position
Sensor Cable
3. Remove the screw holding the Digital PC Board to the top standoff and slide
the LCD cable tie wrap off the standoff.
4. Cut the tie wrap which secures the camera cable ferrule to the drawer and
move the cable aside.

5. Turn the unit on it side and remove two screws at the base securing the drawer
to the pan assembly (Figure 5-18). Turn the unit right side up again.
