In the Network Settings screen, touch [Scanner Settings].

Touch [E-Mail Header Text].

Select the method for inserting text, and then touch [OK].
– Register text with Assistant tool for bizhub C200. For details, refer to "Scan Setting" on page 4-11.

Touch [OK] in each screen until the initial screen appears.
