Administrator mode

The procedure for using the menu that appears on the left side of the main Administrator mode page is
described below.

Scan Setting

Register the text that is added as the body when sending Scan to E-mail and Internet fax transmissions.

Specify whether or not registered text is inserted as the body with "E-Mail Header Text" in the Scanner
Settings screen. For details, refer to "Scanner Settings" on page 2-22.
bizhub C200
Description
Type in the text that is added when sending Scan to E-mail and Internet fax transmissions.
(up to 256 characters)
There are two types of text: "Fixed Text", which were already registered in the machine,
and "Custom Text", which can be freely specified. This text is registered as "Custom Text".
