The Fax Information Service

Many fax information services for banks, airline reservations, hotel , etc., require
tone dialing for their services. If your machine is connected to a rotary pulse
telephone line, follow the procedure below to temporarily set the machine for tone
dialing.

FAX
Press [FAX].
The FAX indicator lights and the machine enters the fax standby mode.

Hook
Press [Hook].

Enter the number of the fax information service using the

numeric keys, a one-touch speed dialing key, or coded speed

If the optional Card Reader E-1 is attached, the line will be disconnected if you
