If the message <ENTER DEPT.ID> appears:
Enter the Department ID and Password using the numeric keys
NOTE
For instructions on using Department ID Management, see Chapter 6, "System
Manager Settings," in the Reference Guide.
Press [FAX].
The FAX indicator lights and the machine enters the fax standby mode.
press [OK].
