Possible Cause
Check sealer roller pressure
Check orientation of the
fold/ glue pattern
Check the life of paper
Check the paper for static
Check the static brush strips

Solution
Increase the pressure slightly on
the sealer rollers by turning the
pressure bolts.
Refer to appendix A for paper
orientation.
If paper is out of date, discard.
Try and reduce static by fanning
or tapping pack of forms, or
allow forms to rest between
removal from printer and folding.
Clean static brush strips or
replace, ensuring good contact
with earth leads.
