Troubleshooting electrical components

Use the following information for diagnosing PS100 electrical component failures
Symptom
LED1 and/or LED2 not lit
Motor will not run
(green LED lit)
Motor will not stop running
Clutch will not operate
(red LED will not light)
Machine will not stop when
Stop is pressed
Problem
400mA fuse blown
Power conversion components failed
3.15mA fuse blown
Potentiometer failed
Component failed
Connector loose (motor, start, cover)
Motor blown
Component failed
Start button/connector problem
Component failed
Connectors failed
Check the connectors
Component has failed (replace PCB)
