1. INSTALLATION

1.1 FAX UNIT


CAUTION
Before installing this fax unit,
1) Print out all data in the printer buffer if there is an optional printer
installed.
2) Turn off the main switch and disconnect the power cord and the
network cable.
1. Remove the rear cover [A] ( x 2).
2. Remove the connector cover [B].
3. When installing G3 Interface Unit Type
1232, cut away the right connector
shield [C] and file the edges smooth.
4. When installing ISDN Option Type 1232,
cut away the left connector shield [D]
and file the edges smooth.
5. Install the jack cover [A].
