C1468 • Data cannot be written in Parameter Chip.
• Data stored in Parameter Chip is wrong.
B. Action
Master Board (PWB-A)
Step Operations
Turn OFF the Power Switch and
unplug the power cord. Then, plug in

the power cord and turn ON the
Power Switch again.
Check Parameter Chip (U16) on
