FAQ

1. DVR can not boot up properly.
There are following possibilities:
Input power is not correct.

 Power connection is not correct.
 Power switch button is damaged.
 Program upgrade is wrong.
 SD card malfunction or something wrong with SD card.
 Main board is damaged.
2. The driver how to control the mobile DVR
The device has different working modes according to the cable connection ways.
 For the general setup mode, you can use the key ignition ACC to control. The device works when
the ACC is on. Device shuts down according to the your delay setup when the ACC is off.
 For the schedule boot up and shut down mode, you can set the schedule boot up and shut down
time.
3. DVR often automatically shuts down or stops running.
There are following possibilities:
 Input voltage is not stable or it is too low.
 Improper installation or the components connection is loose.
 Working environment is too harsh, too much dust.
Hardware malfunction.

4. System can not detect SD card.
There are following possibilities:
 There is no SD card.
 SD card is broken.
 SD card cable connection is loose.
 SD card is broken.
5. There is no video output whether it is one-channel, multiple-channel or all-channel output.
There are following possibilities:
 Program is not compatible. Please upgrade to the latest version.
 Brightness is 0. Please restore factory default setup.
 There is no video input signal or it is too weak.
 Check privacy mask setup or your screen saver.
 DVR hardware malfunctions.
