20. Remote control does not work.
There are following possibilities:
 Remote control address is not correct.
Distance is too far or control angle is too small.

 Remote control battery power is low.
 Remote control is damaged or DVR front panel is damaged.
21. Record storage period is not enough.
There are following possibilities:
 Camera quality is too low. Lens is dirty. Camera is installed against the light. Camera aperture
setup is not correct.
 SD card capacity is not enough.
 SD card is damaged.
22. Can not playback the downloaded file.
There are following possibilities:
 There is no media player.
 No DXB8.1 or higher graphic acceleration software.
 There is no DivX503Bundle.exe control when you play the file transformed to AVI via media
player.
 No DivX503Bundle.exe or ffdshow-2004 1012 .exe in Windows XP OS.
23. After the device booted up, the buzzer beeps and the error light is on. System begins to reboot.
The system detects the USB device error and auto reboot.
24. When I delete the local setup interface via the COM control interface, the local IP restore the
default setup.
Please note this function is for R&D engineer to debug. Please use the RESTE button of the interface to
clear the setup.
25. 3G signal is 0 or 99
There are following possibilities:
 The station signal is too weak.
 3G antenna is damaged. Please check the 3G antenna connection.
 Reboot the device to search the signal again if you can make sure the 3G antenna is OK.
26. My cell phone 3G dial failed.
There are following possibilities:
 You have not installed the dial module or your installation is not right.
 Please make sure you have inserted the card.
