• During a 5-party conference, you cannot use this feature.

• If a held call is not retrieved within a pre-determined time (default: 30 seconds), ringing will

be heard (Hold Recall).
PT • If an outside call is placed on hold and not retrieved within 30 minutes, it will be
automatically disconnected.
PT • With outside calls, you can put multiple calls on exclusive hold. However, with intercom
calls, you can put only one call on exclusive hold.

Retrieving a Call on Hold (Call Hold Retrieve)

Allows you to retrieve a call that has been placed on hold by another extension.
