Removing Rear Panel From Console (Top Console Models); Removing The Timer (Top Console Models) - Electrolux 27" Electric Dryers Service Manual

Insert a flat object, such as a putty knife, between top
and front panel to release the clip and lift up on the top.
Removing the rear panel from console: (Top
console models)
1. Disconnect the dryer from electrical supply.
2. Remove the four screws holding the panel to the
console and the two screws holding the panel to the
top.
Removing the timer: (Top console models)
1. Disconnect the dryer from electrical supply.
2. Remove the timer knob and the rear panel from the
console.
3. Mark and disconnect the wires from the timer.
4. Remove the two screws holding timer to the con-
sole panel.
