Recirc/Spray Valves

1. See Before Beginning Repair, page 33. Relieve
pressure, page 21.
2. See F . 8. Disassemble Recirc/Spray valves. Clean

and inspect all parts for damage. Ensure that the
seat (503a) and gasket (503b) are positioned inside
each valve cartridge (503).
3. Apply PTFE pipe sealant to all tapered pipe threads
before reassembling.
4. Reassemble in reverse order, following all notes in
F . 8.

1 Torque to 250 in-lb (28 N•m).
2 Use blue threadlocker on valve cartridge threads into manifold.
