PROBLEM
Low air output at gun.
Air compressor does not run.
313221H
CAUSE
Air valve at gun may be closed.
Sprayer air regulator may be closed.
Air connections may be loose.
Damaged (leaking) air supply hose.
Air intake filter clogged.
Mechanical air relief valve stuck
open.
Electrical air relief valve stuck open.
Loose relief valve.
Power is not on.
Voltage to compressor below 105
Vac for 120 Vac.
Loose power connections.
Excessive head pressure (compres-
sor hums).
Compressor thermal switch is open.
Ensure ambient temperature is below
115°F (46°C).
Low compressor performance.
Troubleshooting
SOLUTION
Turn air valve counter-clockwise to
open.
Pull to unlock and turn air regulator
clockwise to open.
Check all connections for leaking air.
Replace air supply hose.
Clean or replace air intake filter kit.
Replace mechanical air relief valve.
Replace electrical air relief valve.
Turn relief valve until it locks in place
at 100 psi.
Turn compressor power on.
Try another outlet. Reduce extension
cord length or increase extension
cord gauge.
Verify all connections are firm.
Moisture frozen in air supply line.
Wait for air pressure to bleed to zero.
Electrical air unloader stuck closed.
Replace electrical air unloader.
Open air regulator; install air line.
Complete Setup on page 12.
Move sprayer to shaded, cooler area.
Worn compressor; replace compres-
sor with Compressor Service Kit
