Email Control
The Email Control settings allow you to prevent the user from viewing various email
settings. Figure 2-7 highlights these settings (details are provided below the image).

Send a mailbox message by email: This setting allows users to send voice-
mail messages to their email accounts. In situations where voicemail is not
used, such as in call centers, this setting is not needed.

After sending a message: This setting allows users to specify how messages
that have already been read should appear (marked as new/read or deleted).
