Check for proper operation. Check brake lever free play and brake fluid level. Check for leaks
and brake pad wear.
Top up brake fluid level, if necessary.
Ensure that it turns smoothly. The throttle should open and close fully at all positions of the
steering. Adjust and/or lubricate, if necessary.
Check and top up as required.
Check tyre surface, inflation pressure. Check for wear or damage. Remove any foreign objects
lodged in the tread.
Make sure they move smoothly. Lubricate the joints and adjust travel, if necessary
Check for proper operation, check clutch lever free play, clutch fluid level and check for
leaks.Top up clutch fluid, if necessary. The clutch should not jerk or slip
Steering should rotate smoothly and evenly. There should be no play or looseness.
The stand should operate smoothly and snap back in the rest position in a smooth motion.
Spring action must be enough to fold it fully up. Lubricate joints and connections, if necessary.
Check stand switch for proper operation.
Make sure the fasteners are properly tightened. Adjust or tighten as required.
Check slack.
Check fuel level and refuel if low.
Check for leaks in the fuel system.
Make sure the filler cap is tightened securely.
Coolant level in the expansion tank must be between the "FULL" and "LOW" marks.
Check for proper operation

Check horn and indicators for proper operation. Change bulbs or fix a failure, if necessary.
