Check the following items before riding

ITEM WHAT TO CHECK FOR
Engine oil Availability of the oil up to the level.
Fuel Enough fuel for the planned distance of running.
Tyres Correct pressure. Adequate tread depth. No cracks and cuts.
Battery Proper working of electric starter, horn, brake lamp, turn signal
lamps and fuel gauge. Electrolyte level.
Lighting Head lamp high beam/low beam, Speedo lamp, Number plate
lamp and tail lamp.
Steering Smooth movement. No play or looseness
Throttle Correct free play of cable. Smooth operation.
Brakes Correct lever play. Correct brake fluid level. No leakage
Wheels Free rotation.
