Displays caller-identification, such as a

text, on the phone screen.
Allows a user to receive an audio and visual
alert on the phone when a busy or
unavailable party becomes available.
Enables managers and their assistants to
work together more effectively by
providing a call-routing service,
enhancements to phone capabilities for the
manager, and desktop interfaces that are
primarily used by the assistant.
