To Adjust Handset Volume:
1. Take your telephone off-hook.
2. Press the Volume Up/Down
Control (VOLUME) keys to
adjust the volume to the
desired level.
To Adjust Speaker Volume:
1. Press the SPEAKER key to
activate Speakerphone
Operation.
2. Press the VOLUME keys to
adjust the volume to the
desired level.
To Adjust Ringer Volume:
1. From an idle state, press
either of the VOLUME keys.
2. Continue to press either key
until the desired level of
volume is achieved.

VOLUME ADJUSTMENTS

The Volume Up/Down Control keys on your telephone can be used in
different telephone states to adjust the volume of the station's handset,
speaker, and ringer.
This adjustment can be made while your telephone is either idle or
involved in a call.
This adjustment can be made while your telephone is either idle or
involved in a call.
The telephone will ring.
If a call arrives while this adjustment is being made, the call will ring your
station and will ring in accordance to your up/down adjustments. The call
will ring in the ringing pattern associated with the call type (recall, station
call, attendant call, or trunk call).
Ringer volume adjustments can also be made during the ringing of a call.
