Using Companion Applications
You can created a list of canned responses for Instant Messaging. To view, create

Canned Replies

or change canned replies,
1. From the Contacts tab, click the Setup icon. The XMPP Client Setup screen
displays.
2. Click on Canned Replies tab.
3. Enter a response, then click OK.
To use a canned reply:
When using chat, click on the Canned Replies drop down and select the
appropriate response.
