When "01: Enabled" or "02: Reverse output enabled" is selected in PID
Selection (A071), the PID feedback value can be monitored.
Also, conversion is possible using PID Scale (A075).
"d004 display" = "Feedback value [%]" X PID Scale (A075).

The LED lighting position indicates the input status of the multi-function
inputs.
The item that the built-in CPU recognizes to be "input" is indicated as being
ON. This does not depend on the NO/NC contact setting.
