    Note: The input time constant can be set to 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 20, 40, or 80 ms in the PLC setup. High speed counter inputs The following unit input bits can be used as high-speed counter inputs. The maximum count frequency is 5 kHz in differential phase mode and 20 kHz in the other modes.
