Memory RAS Feature

The server has RAS features including "standard memory configuration (x4 SDDC ECC memory)",
a "memory mirroring feature", a "memory LockStep (x8 SDDC ECC memory) feature", and a
"memory sparing feature". To use the memory mirroring or LockStep feature, see "Using the
Memory RAS Features" (on page 9-33).
