Data Matrix DPM Decoding Safety

This feature defines the tolerance of DPM decoding software to operate with
poor quality labels. Decoding Safety is used to configure a barcode symbol-
ogy decoder to be very aggressive to very conservative depending on a par-
ticular customer's needs. Higher tolerance to poor quality labels increases
the reading capability of the scanner.
