Wiring the TX3-ER-8 Elevator Restriction Unit

The TX3-ER-8 Elevator Restriction Backplane use a ribbon cable to connect to
the Elevator Restriction Main Controller board.
The TX3-ER-8 Elevator Restriction Controller has eight sockets for the 2012E
Relay Boards.
