PPP Client Mode - Click Enable to activate this mode for
WAN2.
SIM PIN code - Type PIN code of the SIM card that will be used
to access Internet.
Modem Initial String - Such value is used to initialize USB
modem. Please use the default value. If you have any question,
please contact to your ISP.
APN Name – APN (Access Point Name) is provided by your ISP
for identifying different access points. Simply click Apply to
apply such name. Finally, you have to click OK to save the
setting.
Apply – Activate the function of identification.
Modem Initial String2 - The initial string 1 is shared with APN.
In some cases, users may need another initial AT command to
restrict 3G band or do any special settings.
Modem Dial String - Such value is used to dial through USB
mode. Please use the default value. If you have any question,
please contact to your ISP.
PPP Username - Type the PPP username (optional).
PPP Password - Type the PPP password (optional).
Index (1-15) - Set the PCs on LAN to work at certain time
interval only. You may choose up to 4 schedules out of the 15
schedules pre-defined in Applications >> Schedule setup. The
default setting of this filed is blank and the function will always
work.
WAN Connection Detection - Such function allows you to
verify whether network connection is alive or not through ARP
Detect or Ping Detect.
Mode – Choose ARP Detect or Ping Detect for the system to
execute for WAN detection.
Ping IP – If you choose Ping Detect as detection mode, you have
to type IP address in this field for pinging.
TTL (Time to Live) – Displays value for your reference. TTL
value is set by telnet command.
Default – Click this button to reset to factory setting.
ISP Access Setup Enter your allocated username, password and authentication
parameters according to the information provided by your ISP. If
you want to connect to Internet all the time, you can check
Always On.
Username – Type in the username provided by ISP in this field.
Password – Type in the password provided by ISP in this field.
PPP Authentication – Select PAP only or PAP or CHAP for
PPP.
Idle Timeout – Set the timeout for breaking down the Internet
after passing through the time without any action. This setting is
active only when the Active on demand option for Active Mode
