If the Memory "Overflows"
The system requires memory space during some cycles. If there is not
enough memory available, the system reports a "memory overflow".
If the memory repeatedly overflows in your system, you can upgrade your
system memory. In this case, please contact your technical
representative.
If a memory overflow occurs, a dialog box appears on the touch screen.
Decide on the subsequent procedure during processing of the job.
. . . While the Current Job is Under Way
➜
Press [STOP JOB] to delete all scanned data and to interrupt the job.
or
Press [STOP SCAN] to interrupt the scan cycle. All previously
scanned data will be processed and output.
. . . During Setup of a Reserve Job
➜
Press [STOP JOB] to delete the scanned data of the last setup reserve
job.
or
Press [STOP SCAN] to interrupt the scan cycle for the reserve job. All
previously scanned data will be processed and output.
or
Press [CONTINUE] to continue the scan cycle for the reserve job
when memory space is released.
No [STOP SCAN] for booklets!
The [STOP SCAN] key cannot be enabled if jobs using the "Booklet"
feature are interrupted due to a memory overflow.
