Getting to Know Your Copier

Toner can be hazardous to your health!
Toner is harmful if swallowed.
§ If you get any toner on your hands, immediately wash them thoroughly
with soap and cold water.
§
Do not drop the toner bottle from a height of more than 1 m. This may
damage the toner bottle. Toner may escape from the bottle.
1 Swing the cover for the toner unit
down.
2 Carefully pull the toner bottle out.
? Is the bottle stuck or hard to pull
out?

Close the cover. Wait until the
toner bottle stops turning. Then
you should be able to remove the bottle.
3 Tap the new toner bottle against a
hard surface to loosen any clumps
of toner.
