Erase settings

To completely erase any custom settings you've made and return the dome to the factory defaults, do the
following:
CAUTION:
1. Do steps 1 through 3 of
2. Access the dome's programming interface and go to System | Diagnostics.
3. On the Camera tab, you'll see Boot loop detected. Clear system settings? with a Yes button next to it.
If you want to clear all your settings, click Yes.
4. Once this is complete, power cycle the dome to have restore the factory settings. After this, you can
customize the settings as you wish.

Controllers and commands

When in an analog system, Legend IP domes can be controlled from keypads or ASCII control software. At
least one controller is required to send data commands to a dome's built-in receiver. See
page 16 for a list of compatible keypads and controller protocols. Refer to your keypad's manual for
instructions for operating domes with a keypad.

This erases ALL programming in the dome. Macros, shadow tours, privacy masks, presets, titles,
preferences, and all other customized settings will be erased and are not recoverable.
