‫ﻣﻦ ﺟﻬﺎﺯ ﻣﺮﺍﻗﺒﺔ ﻣﻌﺪﻝ ﺩﻗﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻘﻠﺐ ﻓﻲ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻣﻪ ﻛﺄﺩﺍﺓ‬

‫5. ﺿﻊ ﺟﻬﺎﺯ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺴﺘﻮ، ﻣﻊ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﻓﺮﺍﻍ‬

‫01. ﻗﻢ ﺑﺎﺭﺗﺪﺍﺀ ﻣﻼﺑﺲ ﺭﻳﺎﺿﻴﺔ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﺔ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﺟﻬﺎﺯ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻤﺸﻲ. ﻭﻻ ﺗﻘﻢ ﺑﺎﺭﺗﺪﺍﺀ ﻣﻼﺑﺲ ﻓﻀﻔﺎﺿﺔ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻌﻠﻖ‬
‫ﺃﻃﺮﺍﻓﻬﺎ ﺑﺠﻬﺎﺯ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﻲ. ﻭﻳﻮﺻﻰ ﺑﺎﺭﺗﺪﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﻤﻼﺑﺲ ﺍﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﻴﺔ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻮﺍﻗﻴﺔ ﻟﻜﻞ ﹴ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺮﺟﺎﻝ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪﺍﺕ. ﻗﻢ ﺩﺍﺋﻤ ﹰ ﺎ ﺑﺎﺭﺗﺪﺍﺀ ﺣﺬﺍﺀ‬
