‫8. ﻋﻨﺪ ﺍﻻﻧﺘﻬﺎﺀ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻤﺎﺭﺳﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻤﺮﻳﻨﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﻴﺔ، ﺃﺧﺮﺝ‬

‫ﺍﺿﺒﻂ ﻣﻴﻞ ﺟﻬﺎﺯ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﻲ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻹﻋﺪﺍﺩ ﺍﻷﺩﻧﻰ. ﻳﺠﺐ ﺃﻥ‬
‫ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﻴﻞ ﻓﻲ ﺃﺩﻧﻰ ﺇﻋﺪﺍﺩ ﻟﻪ ﻭﺇﻻ ﻓﻘﺪ ﺗﺘﺴﺒﺐ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻠﻒ‬
‫ﺟﻬﺎﺯ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﻲ ﻋﻨﺪ ﻃﻴﻪ ﻓﻲ ﻭﺿﻊ ﺍﻟﺘﺨﺰﻳﻦ. ﺑﻌﺪ ﺫﻟﻚ، ﺃﺧﺮﺝ‬
.‫ﺍﻟﻤﻔﺘﺎﺡ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻮﺣﺪﺓ ﻭﺿﻌﻪ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻜﺎﻥ ﺁﻣﻦ‬
‫ﻋﻨﺪ ﺍﻻﻧﺘﻬﺎﺀ ﻣﻦ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﺟﻬﺎﺯ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﻲ، ﺍﺿﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ‬
