CABLE ROUTING DIAGRAM

1 Ground lead
2 High tension cord
3 Grommet
4 Air vent hose
5 Crankcase breather hose
6 Y.P.V.S. breather hose
7 Throttle cable
8 Clutch cable
9 Engine bracket (right)
0 Engine bracket (left)
q Air vent hose (left)
w Air vent hose (right)
e "ENGINE STOP" button lead
CABLE ROUTING DIAGRAM
A Pass the clutch cable on the
outside of the throttle cable and
"ENGINE STOP" button lead.
B Insert the tip of the fuel tank
breather hose into the hole in
the steering shaft cap.
C Align the throttle cable locating
tape with the cable guide.
D Pass through the cable guide
the throttle cable, "ENGINE
STOP" button lead and clutch
cable.
E Pass the throttle cable and
clutch cable above the radiator
hose, and pass the "ENGINE
STOP" button lead below the
radiator hose.

F Install the ignition coil, side
core and ground lead together
to the frame.
G Clamp the clutch cable to the
left engine bracket. Clamp the
clutch cable below the position-
ing grommet.
H Pass the air vent hose back of
the throttle cable.
I Pass the air vent hose, over-
flow hose and
breather hose between the
frame and connecting rod.
