Creating a Custom Template
How to create a custom template
Press the 'Copy' function key.
1.
Select one of the copy templates.
2.
Change the settings for 'Original' and 'Print'.
3.
In the 'Print' section, press the 'Target' function key.
4.
Press the function key 'Store as template'.
5.
Use the numeric keys 1-5 to enter a number for the template you want to store.
6.
Press the 'OK' function key.
7.
The template is stored.
How to remove a custom template
Press the 'System manager' function key.
1.
Press the 'User interface' function key.
2.
Press the function key 'Delete template'.
3.
The screen displays the available templates.
Use the numeric keys 1-5 to enter the number of the template you want to remove.
4.
Press the 'OK' function key.
5.
The template is removed.
Note: You can also press the function key 'Delete all' to delete all the custom
templates.
