This program
is scientifically
designed
for maximal
tat loss over a period
of six weeks.
It is important
that you practice
every aspect
of the plan
to
achieve
optimum
results.
The program
separams
into
three
two-week
stages.
During
each
stage you will exercise,
control
the
number
and quality
of calories
you consume,
and
drink

of ice-cold

with finding
